Ethics, Technology and Responsible Innovation in Healthcare
My work in medical ethics explores how emerging technologies and evolving healthcare systems shape clinical practice and biomedical research. I am particularly interested in the questions that arise when innovation intersects with patient care, scientific progress, and healthcare decision-making.
Drawing on backgrounds in medicine, ethics, and translational research, I reflect on how developments such as artificial intelligence, advanced diagnostics, and emerging biomedical interventions may influence the future of healthcare. Rather than viewing innovation as inherently beneficial or problematic, my work seeks to understand how new technologies can be integrated responsibly into medical practice.
Beyond technological developments themselves, I am interested in the organisational and leadership dimensions that determine whether innovation ultimately benefits patients.
